Facility Usage Guidelines


  • Reservations
    • Use of these spaces must be scheduled at least 72 hours in advance.
    • Requests made within 72 hours may not be approved.
    • No spaces may be scheduled on Sundays before 1:30pm or at any time on Wednesdays.
    • Church events and services take priority over all other events.
    • Activities must be consistent with church values and mission.
  • Decorating/Cleaning
    • Decorations or rearrangement of furniture must not damage property and should be restored after use.
    • All users are responsible for cleaning up after their event.
    • The kitchen must be cleaned after use; utensils and appliances should be washed and put away.
    • Spaces must be left in the same condition as found, with trash properly disposed of.
    • Report any damage or maintenance needs to church staff promptly.
  • Nursery
    • If using the nursery, children must be supervised at all times.
    • Toys, supplies, and furniture should be put back in place after use.
  • Audio/Video
    • Sound or video equipment may only be used by media personnel.
    • Requests for AV use must be made in advance during scheduling.
    • Do not adjust or tamper with AV equipment unless authorized.
  • Safety
    • Follow all posted safety guidelines (fire exits, occupancy limits).
    • No open flames, smoking, or illegal substances allowed anywhere in the building.
    • The church is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
    • Report any incidents or injuries immediately to church staff.
  • Cancellations
    • Notify church staff of any cancellations as soon as possible to free up space for other groups.
