Aaron McNeil

Lead Pastor

Aaron spent his childhood in Graham before heading to Orlando, FL. After college he came back to Texas where he met his wife, Heather, in Arlington. Together, they have lived and served in various local church ministry positions for the past 13 years. In 2021 they moved to Wichita Falls to join the team at Anchor. They have 4 children: Boston, Easton, Greyson, and Brynn. Aaron has a Bachelor of Arts in Pastoral Theology, a Master of Arts in Theology, and is currently pursuing a ThD. Tim Holley

Outreach Pastor

Tim is a native of Bowie, and has been on staff at Anchor since 2023.  After serving in the US Army Tim was called to ministry and has been faithfully serving ever since.  Alongside his pastoral role at Anchor, Tim serves as a hospice chaplain, a counselor, and specializes in addiction recovery ministries. Him and his wife, Deanna have been married since 2010 and joined Anchor shortly after. He and Deanna both serve in various vital ministries.

Heather Culver

Children's Ministry Director and Finance Secretary

Originally from Iowa Park, Heather has been a part of the team at Anchor for 18 years. She has been married to her husband Dustin for 23 years, and they have 3 kids: Paul, Rachel and Mary. She is a graduate of Midwestern, and has been working as a financial secretary for over a decade.
She has been involved in children’s ministry for 30 years and loves every second of it! Her favorite thing in life is having the privilege to teach kids the stories and lessons from the Bible, in hopes that they too will one day come to know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.

Hannah Hare

Marketing and Communications Director

Hannah is a native of Wichita Falls and has been a member of Anchor her entire life. She joined the team in February of 2022 as the director of marketing and design. Following a long line of ministry workers in her family, ministry has always been a very vital part of her life. She was saved at the age of 15 and surrendered her life to full-time ministry two years later in 2017. In 2018, she graduated from Anchor Christian Academy and immediately jumped into various local church ministry services. Hannah also leads Anchor’s social media pages, serves as a vital member of our worship team, and volunteers with our kids.
